This Home based program is aimed at BEGINNER - INTERMEDIATE levels of strength, fitness and mobility riders. It allows you to improve fitness and strength on and off the bike. The plan is fully accessible from your smartphone, tablet or computer and includes video tutorials for every Workout, stretch and mobility exercise. We touch on calories, back pain and even includes some discounts inside!
Equipment is not necessary, but in order to get the most out of this workout plan, I would suggest having either a kettlebell or a dumbbell and a set of resistance bands
