This Home & Gym based mobility program is fully accessible as a downloadable PDF from your smartphone, tablet or computer and includes video tutorials for every stretch and mobility exercise.
Equipment is not necessary, but in order to get the most out of this workout plan, I would suggest having at least a foam roller.
The plan consists of 4-5 mobility exercises everyday, for 30 days. Each has an in depth instructional video to ensure you get the most out of the plan. The plan has been designed to help alleviate common tightness from poor posture and reduce pain for mountain bikers and cyclists. Also, greater mobility helps form improved movement patterns during strength training.
